Teaching SDPUG how to apply Photographer's Friend Aqueous coatings to canvas[/caption] This past weekend Finestra Art's Bryan Linden had a blast showing members of the San Diego Photoshop User's Group how to apply coatings to inkjet printed canvas. The above photos show Bryan talking to the group and members of SDPUG trying for themselves. Coating canvas with Photographer's Friend Aqueous coatings is so easy that people were able to do it without issue instantly and the group learned about the benefits of coating. We also talked about OBAs (Optical Brightener Additives) and the misinformation about them and how our papers use OBAs that will not oxidize and turn yellow like manufacturers who use lesser quality and more common OBAs. Finestra Art would like to thank SDPUG President, Stephen Burns for inviting us out and all the members who attended and gave Bryan such a great reception.
