The Best Paper for the Price

I do anime fan-art on my iPad Pro in an 11x17 format and sell it online or at conventions. In the past I would have to get everything printed on larger paper and then cut off the border to be 11x17. It's a pricey endeavor as well as a slow process. I recently bought a wide format printer that prints borderless images up to 13x19. However, finding quality paper at a good price to print on seemed impossible.
The best I could find was HP 11x17 Ultra Gloss 80LB paper and, it wasn't a great option because it was 1) way to expensive ($47 for 25 sheets) and 2) way to glossy for art.
I hesitated looking at the Finestra brand on amazon because, quite frankly, their logo design and pictures make it seem very generic and unappealing. However, when I saw that they had Luster paper for 11x17 at 100 sheets for $80 I had to give it a shot!
The paper is 270GSM, which worried me while ordering. Ive printed on 65LB paper before and it felt way too teeny and breakable.. 270GSM is close to 70-80LB weight. The paper itself is thin--definitely not cardstock, but it feels extremely sturdy and will work perfectly for my needs. The Luster finish provides a little gloss but not enough to be destracting and, the final output of a given print looks absolutely perfect.
I will definitely be buying Finestra Luster paper again!
Also if anyone is wondering I am printing on an Canon Pixma ix6820 printer.

Extremely sharp and vibrant prints from my pro-100 printer.

Glossy klooks amateurish printed above 8x10. LUSTER is the finish used by studios.
A good tip is to store it standing on edge, instead of laying flat, to prevent blocking, marks on surface when separated.
Even if you have a 14 or 16 megapixel original, resize it to 11x 17 using a slow, resolution enhancing algorythm before printing. Ifranview is free software capable of this type of image manipulation, if you don't own one already.
The results, masked and framed, will be welcomed by the recipient for hanging on the wall in a prominent place.
